As owner and key settlement coordinator I bring a certain dynamic to the process. With over 15 years of experience in the title industry and working with a major underwriter I decided that it was time to go out on my own and create a title agency with a degree of professionalism and service that a client expects and deserves. I am a member of the Severna Park Chamber of Commerce as well as the Maryland Land Title Association. Outside of my career as an accomplished settlement agent, I enjoy traveling, gardening, cooking and spending time with my husband and children.
I believe that bringing each client to the settlement table with the least amount of hassle is my job. It is a rewarding experience for me when all the loose ends are tied and the client is happy.

I have been a closer and settlement coordinator for 10 years. You will work a lot with me after your closing, I will be sure to fund your file accurately and record your documents in a timely fashion. Don't be afraid to ask me for pre-closing items, we are a strong team here, always working together. There is a lot of important work that goes on after the closing; you can count on me to make sure it is done right! If your closing requires a Spanish speaking person, you can count on me again, I speak fluent Spanish, my family is originally from Colombia, South America. Things I enjoy….Golfing, Boating and Tequila! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband Roy, my son Tommy who is a Marine by the way and my two dogs Mimi and Kiwi.

I have been a Licensed Settlement Officer and Processor for over 7 years. I have experience handling purchase transactions, refinance loans and reverse mortgages. Working hard to make sure all of our clients receive their title work in a timely fashion and accurate Settlement Statements is my goal. Being a team player is important to me, with our clients as well as with the staff in the office.
